Once weary and worn, this gem of a home had seen its fair share of renovations over the years, each one leaving it more disjointed than before.

But amidst the chaos, our clients saw the potential—the unbeatable location, the charm of the neighborhood, and the promise of a beautiful home waiting to be uncovered. With a clear vision in mind, our mission was clear: to breathe new life into this tired cottage, restoring its former glory while infusing it with modern elegance.

First on the agenda- restoring the original street frontage to its former grandeur. Drawing inspiration from the heritage of the area, we restored the facade with period-correct details with a modern interpretation, blending old-world charm with contemporary style.

Internally, we to streamlined the flow of the cottage and created a cohesive, light-filled interior. Whilst retaining key period features, we opened up the volume of the home, allowing natural light to flood in and breathe new life into every corner.

The result is a home that harmoniously marries the best of both worlds—period charm, modern convenience, and minimalist style.
